As Funlooksfun.com evolves, this privacy policy is likely to evolve with it. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. We will post any policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.

We at Funlooksfun.com have the utmost respect for our customers’ privacy. In no way will we violate this philosophy. We will not release any information gathered about our customers.

Any information that we gather from our customers will be compiled anonymously and used solely for our statistical purposes. The statistical information we gather from our customers will be used to help us enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Apparel

Colors may not match colors exactly as on your sceens due to variations in screens and printing.

Each shirt is folded and packed into poly mailers for shipment.

Apparel is produced custom for your order. Standard fulfillment time for apparel is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive notification with shipping information if applicable. This is in addition to shipping time.

All apparel products are made in the USA and ship from Los Angeles after being produced to order

Returns

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

Cases where you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

If the item is returned to our facility, someone from our team will contact you regarding the return. We will ship the return back to you; however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods send to help@funlooksfun.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Shipping

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender, most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned. You will receive notice once the order arrives back to our facility.

We will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by your customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods send to help@funlooksfun.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will re-print it and re-send it at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, Funlooksfun.com unfortunately would not take responsibility. A new order would have to be placed.

If the recipient’s address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually the package is sent back to the return address. Once received, someone from Funlooksfun.com will contact you for an updated address. However, the packages sometimes are not returned to sender. In this case, you would have to place a new order to replace the original.
